EVENT REGISTRATION (we do not have a per day fee)

Regular Registration: members - $175; nonmembers - $350
Exhibitor Registration: instrument - $175; supplier/mixed - $300
(additional supplier tables - $150 each)
Nonmember Guest Registration: nonmember - $60
Child Registration: 0-12 years - no charge; 13 up - same as adult

DORM LODGING AND MEALS

Package 1 - Dorm Lodging/Meals
Standard Dorm per person: double - $195; single - $235

Extra Night Lodging (Sunday)
Standard dorm per person: double - $25; single - $30

Child Dorm/Meal Package
under 4 years old: no charge
4-11 years old: $90* Standard dorm
12 and over: same as adult
* If child shares room with two parents. Bring your own sleeping bags for children. Maximum standard room occupancy is four. Call or email for details on children’s rates and accommodations.
