The basic idea is that you will search the document for the topic, author name, or keyword. You will find a short description of the article. That’s the abstract. It will tell you which book or magazine the article appears in. You can then order the book or magazine from the GAL. These searchable abstracts can also be used as a super-index for your growing collection of GAL books and magazines. That’s how we use them here at the GAL office.

Abstracts are current for 2007. This document will be updated yearly. The following publications are included:
